BEHAVIOR:
NO INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR ALLOWED, Examples are VERBAL & PHYSICAL!
CANCELLATIONS:
Appointment must be cancelled 24 hours before service date not time. If All Melanin Care cancels the appointment, then All Melanin Care will refund the deposit.
CHILDREN: Minor clients must be accompanied by 1 adult. I will not service children who need food/drinks or electronic devices in order to sit through services!
ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
You may use your electronic device as you please, but bring headphones for calls or videos. Please prevent your head from bending down because of electronic use!
GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:
This policy is to ensure your satisfaction with any & all services provided by All Melanin Care. Please notify us within 72 hours from date of service with any concerns you may have, so they may be addressed in a timely manner.
HAIR CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
If a take down is not included in your service, PLEASE come with your hair out of the previous style. If your hair is tangle & has product build-up, there will be an additional charge of $20, because I must detangle your hair before starting the service! This means it will take longer to complete the service.
HOUSE CALLS:
There is a traveling fee starting at $15. The starting price covers all clients within 10 miles. There will be an additional charge of $1 for every 1 miles over 10 miles. For example, if you are 4 miles out side of the city limits the total charge added to the service total will be $19. Please be prepared when I arrive. Hair must be washed throughly and detangled. Prepare any meals or snacks, beforehand, so this doesn’t interfere with the longevity of the service time.’
LATE FEE POLICY:
10 minutes late: An additional $15 will be added to service total
Once it is 20 minutes pass the appointment start time, your appointment will be cancelled & you MUST reschedule.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:
A payment of 100% of the service total will be deducted & client will be permanently banned from booking in the future.
PAYMENT POLICY:
When booking a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required. The deposit goes toward the service total. The remaining balance can be paid through cash app , paypal , apple pay, or cash ! Bills will be veri"ed.
NO BANK RUNS ARE ALLOWED!
PRICING POLICY:
The prices of services are NON-NEGOTIABLE
and subject to change any time. There will be NO DISCOUNT for providing your own hair or products.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Appointment must be rescheduled 24 hours before the service date, not time, in order to transfer deposit. Each appointment is allowed to be rescheduled once ( 1 time). If the appointment needs to be rescheduled again, then your appointment will be cancelled & you must forfeit your deposit. A new appointment must be scheduled, which requires a new deposit.
